During Peak Period (October to January), the delivery lead time is approximately 6-8 weeks.
During Off Peak Period (February to September), the delivery lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks
Leave a note with us during VIEW CART (before Checkout), indicating your child full name and we will try our best to squeeze it in. If we can't, we will email you.
No, we don't have self collect option.
During peak period, and to ensure faster delivery, our orders are sent via Singpost to your House Letterbox, directly from our local manufacturing plant.
Adoption of 3rd Party Logistics serves as a confirmation of mail sent (via tracking number provided) .
If the option of "school collection" is available, it will be shown during check-out.
We normally mail our package via SingPost.
When a tracking number yields no results or shows up as invalid on the courier's website, it is most likely that the courier needs some time to key the item into their tracking system. Please wait for 1-2 days before checking again.
Before contacting us, please check with your family members or helpers whether did anyone receive a white envelope from your letterbox (yes! it is delivered to your letterbox, not door step). We have found from many enquiries that the envelope was actually tucked somewhere with other junk mails.
Please also check your email for a tracking number provided by us (including your junk mail). If you cannot find, consider registering an account with us, using the email inserted during nametags purchase. If all is in place, our system will auto-link your order to your newly created account and you will be able to track the status of your order.
If nothing is found, Pls contact us via our online form or Whatsapp as we might have receive a returned mail.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery (ie: wrong address provided by you), you will be notified by us and a delivery fee will be charge again.
Our Production schedule is arranged via Order Batching & Nametag Color.
We agree such situation happens during batch cut-off and production colour run-time, which is unavoidable.
We aim to meet the production lead time of 4-8 weeks during peak periods.
We appreciate if you can help advice your neighbour or friend to read through this FAQ segment.
